Technical Environment: Quarrying and mining Industry
Context:
The Client engages in quarrying and mining operations and is a member of Ireland’s largest conglomerate.
Group strategy is to monitor operations performance by establishing common KPI’s, reporting dashboard and a balanced scorecard appraisal system across various sites throughout the West of Ireland. The goal of the engagement was to design these tools with collaborative input from all those involved and implant them. Project management expertise was an essential prerequisite coupled with operations excellence expertise and experiences of capturing and reporting best practice.
